interview will surely effect the decision of taking you or not. Proactive,
plain or desperate behavior can be sensed from a long distance so any eye on
your behavior. Do not be one who is desperately waiting for the job &
can do anything to get that opportunity.
What is a pro active Job Seeking behavior?
Pro active job seeking behavior is considered good & means that you are
a result oriented person who is not passive in thinking & doing things.
If you are a pro active person then you can achieve the set target in the
stipulated period of time. But at the time of interview you must know the
difference between pro active & crazy talks. Do not say that you can do
anything if this job is given to you or you are longing for this job or this
is your dream job and blab blab blab...These are considered crazy talks. You
should give substantial proofs from your past experience that why you are
worth if hired. How you organize things? Even if you are a fresher you can
site you academic career, what you have achieved and how it is related to
the present job and work. This is a good job seeking behavior. After all
your work will speak for you. So show what you have done instead of
emphasizing what you can do.
Do not be DesperateYour desperation for the job will be shown in your actions that will be
visible in your employment seeking behavior. I recommend you to be active
not desperate. You must know and show the basic etiquettes of seeking &
interviewing. You cannot force anyone to give you a job as you need it
desperately. When you are scheduling for an interview do not call again a
again and behave like an excited fellow. Instead of this just be calm. Call
once for scheduling the interview. If you like you can give a reminder call

Do not Over Promote YourselfOver promoting means saying more than what you can do & what the job

interview never speak on a topic who your are but explain what your work is
and what you have done so far. Never say I can do this or I can do that, but
instead of this say I have experience in these kinds of work and this is the
procedure that had been followed to get the desired result.
Never Underestimate Your Potential
Some employees lack self confidence and many a time underestimate their own
potential. Have confidence in yourself. At the time of interview think of a
personality, incidence or event that inspires you & let it go in your
soul. This will really give you a dosage of the required confidence. Plain
job seeking behavior is also not good as it will show your lack of interest
in doing the job. Be active, show interest but at the same time be a
composed personality.
Also never mug up your answers as you will look very artificial then. Even
the freshers should not memorize the answer. But keep in mind the things
that you wanna say and make the note of what you think. Do not overload
