Stress and anxiety become very common among students who are preparing for important competitive exams. During this exam period, many students find themselves weighed down by expectations. There are comparisons, expectations of parents and peer pressure which bog students down, thereby creating examination stress. Here are few exam stress relieving tips. With proper natural methods, you can overcome test anxiety, you can relieve yourself of stress and self doubt, and come out with flying colors in every exam.

Tips to Revise

Maintain a timetable to see your progress. Make sure you devote adequate time for fun and relaxation as well. While revising a subject, practice writing. By writing answers as you would do in the exam, will help you to remember more quickly. Practice writing answers in the same way as in an exam, without a break for three hours. This will help your body clock adjust to the examination time and conditions. Plan your revision and complete it in time. This will build your confidence and give you a sense of achievement. Give more time to those subjects which are tough or which you find difficult. Before going to take an important exam, always briefly revise the main points of the subject.
